Description: When you call us to request assistance, our staff may send you follow-up text messages related to your call. These messages may include:
- Confirmation of commitments we have made to you.
- Requests for additional information or documentation needed to process your request.
- Status updates on your request.
- Other information directly related to your call.
Messages are not marketing or promotional in nature. They are one-time, manually triggered follow-ups by our staff in connection with your call.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per call interaction. We do not send recurring or automated marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.
5. Consent
By providing verbal consent during a phone call with our organization, you agree to receive SMS follow-up messages related to that call. Consent is not a condition of receiving any assistance or services from our organization. 6. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
7. Help
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or call our organization directly using the phone number you originally called. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Supported Carriers
SMS services are available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to These Terms
